There are very few shorefront projects which can be completed without either a
NH DES CSPA or NH DES Wetlands Bureau Permit. 
Effective July 1, 2008, almost all work within 250 ft of the water will require a NH DES Shoreland Permit.

We are constantly involved in the permit process and are the largest single permit agent for dock permits in the state.  Our experts are involved daily in legislative initatives, upcoming rule changes and policy discussions in all manner of shoreline and shoreland permit regulatory agencies.  We offer complete NH DES permit application services.  Our wetlands and shoreland consultants have over 20 years experience seeking dock and shoreline structure permits and have been involved in all aspects of the creation and debate regarding the latest versions of the Comprehensive Shoreland Protection Act (CSPA).
