We offer complete, in-house, NH DES Wetlands Bureau permit application services for all our customers. Our wetlands and shoreland consultants have over 20 years experience seeking dock and shoreline structure permits. We know the issues and can prepare a professional application as part of any waterfront project. We suggest seeking guidance before you start any waterfront project. Plan ahead!!!
We are glad to work with your surveyor, engineer, builder, planner, landscaper, or others to coordinate the permitting process to obtain the best permit possible with the least amount of duplicated effort. Please let us know if there are other plans on or near the waterfront that may relate to our permit efforts.

Typical Cross Section For Breakwater Project
Through our efforts with the NH Marine Trades Association, we keep abreast of pending DES rules changes and legislative issues. In fact, there recently have been a number of changes to rules and law which significantly effect fees, permit-by-notification, and Shoreland Protection issues. These may greatly affect your permit cost and speed of review.
We staff full-time consultants in Gilford and Sunapee to respond to your needs in a timely basis. Remember, any work in-the-water requires a NH DES Wetlands Bureau permit and application and coordination of permits can take a considerable amount of time.
Please plan ahead and call today...
