Scroll below to learn more about our offerings under each type of dock:

We offer a number of options for removable seasonal docks which are typically installed by hand in sections each spring and removed each fall.   These are usually the least expensive type of docks, but can be the most work each season.  These docks are available in various weights and can be very simple small structures to complicated heavy-duty commercial facilities.  These are often supported by hand-driven metal pipes or are floating dock sections.

This type of structure is removed during the “non-boating” season and is readily approvable by NH DES Wetlands Bureau as a "seasonal structure."

These docks are also considered “seasonal structures” and are simply cranked-up during the winter.  These are readily permittable and are the easiest docks to remove and install each year.  Another advantage of these docks is the stability and strength of the dock, when down, due to the substantial hinge mechanism and cross-braced supports.

These types of docks are usually supported by pilings, cribs, or rock structures.  Often more difficult to permit than a seasonal dock, this is a stronger, more stable, docking system and may be a necessity for safe dockage in rough areas.

Many of the permanent docks around New Hampshire are “grandfathered structures” such that maintenance and repairs are regular projects over the years.

We offer a complete line of dock hardware including Hebert Foundry (cast aluminum) and Great Northern Dock (galvanized).  Both our retail stores stock a wide range of dock hardware for the do-it-yourself-er.  All our dock hardware is also available at our on-line store
