With the end of summer in sight, and very little rain to date or in the forecast, we  are concerned about severe low water levels.  As of August 10th, Lake Winnipesaukee is approximately 11 inches below full and most of the other lakes in the Lakes Region are in a  similar condition!  These are unusually  low water conditions for this time of year...

IMPORTANT:  For those of you with boatlifts in shallow water, you will need to keep  an eye on these levels, especially if the drought conditions continue.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE - if you load your boat on a boatlift in low water Labor Day Weekend you may return on Columbus Day weekend and be "stuck" on the lift...remember to check your water levels and boatlift clearance BEFORE leaving the lake for an extended period of time this may be best served to make other storage arrangements or at  least get the boat off the lift sooner rather than later.

Remember, boatlifts  with canopies may be subject to wind damage if the lift is "empty" and the canopy is still in-place.

Don't wait - Contact us to
discuss your project soon...
